The Hamilton Hornets run senior rugby programs for both men and women 19+. No previous team sport or rugby specific experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

Senior Men - 19+:
The senior men's program typically runs two full teams. Our First XV and Second XV. Competing in the Niagara Rugby Union. Individual player and position-specific skills are coached as well as a focus on team play, supportive teamwork and a high degree of competitiveness. We play to win but also have fun!
Senior Women - 19+:
The senior women's program typically has one team competing in the Niagara Rugby Union. Individual player and position-specific skills are coached as well as a focus on team play, supportive teamwork and a high degree of competitiveness. We play to win but also have fun!
Practices:
Held at Mohawk Sports Park on Field #1. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Rugby Games:
Typically scheduled Saturday mornings/afternoons throughout the Spring and Summer months against various rugby clubs in the surrounding area. The season's schedule is communicated at the start of May usually. Regular season games start in late May and end in late August. Fall post-season games are regularly available too.
