Hamilton Hornets are pleased to host the Eastern Final of the Canadian Rugby Super League season. Niagara Thunder take on the Newfoundland Rock for the chance to play for the Canadian Championship.

The match kicks off at 3:00 p.m. on field #1 at Mohawk Sports Park in Hamilton.
