To register with the Hamilton Hornets RFC, please
click the image on the right to complete the Rugby Canada registration
form. Print, add you information and remember to sign and date the
form. Bring the completed form to the club house with your payment.
Cheque and Cash accepted, make cheque payable to the Hamilton Hornets
RFC. See dues costs at bottom of this page.
Note: Processed registration forms will be submitted
to the ORU weekly on Tuesdays to be eligible for the coming Saturday.
Therfore you must submit your forms with payment to the Registration
Officer before Monday of the same week to ensure proper processing.
